When you call or email us, you may share your name, phone number, email address, and trip details such as pickup and destination locations, dates, times, and mobility needs. We use this information to discuss, arrange, and provide transportation, and to respond to your inquiries.

What we do not collect online

This website does not offer online booking and does not collect diagnoses, Medical Assistance numbers, or other sensitive health information through web forms. Please do not email sensitive health information unless we provide you with a secure method.

Payment information

Private-pay estimates and invoices are handled through QuickBooks. Eligible Minnesota Medical Assistance transportation is billed as required.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share trip details as needed to arrange and provide transportation, including with a facility or care team involved in the trip.
