Private-Pay Transportation Rates
Effective January 1, 2026.
Private-pay transportation is priced from the trip details confirmed with us.
$25 pickup fee
Charged each time we pick you up, plus mileage. A round trip has two pickup fees, totaling $50, plus mileage for both rides.
$2.55 per occupied passenger mile
Applies to miles traveled with the passenger in the vehicle.
$25 per started 60-minute waiting block
0 to 60 minutes: $25; 61 to 120 minutes: $50; and so on, when waiting is part of the confirmed arrangement.
Ambulatory and wheelchair trips currently use the same rate structure.
The final quote is confirmed for the specific trip. Pickup and destination, occupied mileage, waiting, return-trip needs and availability determine the amount. Contact us to discuss your ride and receive an estimate.
Payment methods and timing
Private-pay clients may pay by major credit card or check. We can send a QuickBooks estimate before service, and clients may pay in advance. Otherwise, we send a QuickBooks invoice immediately after service; payment is due on receipt.
