Ambulatory and wheelchair transportation
Kingdom Concierge Services provides door-through-door transportation for ambulatory and wheelchair riders. We discuss the destination, timing, mobility device and assistance needs before confirming availability.
Service categories
Ambulatory transportation
Transportation for riders who can enter and exit the vehicle without a wheelchair lift, with door-through-door assistance based on the rider’s needs.
Wheelchair transportation
Transportation for riders using manual or power wheelchairs. Equipment fit and securement must be discussed before the trip is confirmed.
Medical appointments and therapy
Rides to routine and specialist appointments, therapy and other scheduled health-related visits.
Hospital admission and discharge
Planned transportation to a hospital admission or from a hospital discharge, subject to timing and availability.
Recurring and round-trip rides
Transportation that repeats on a schedule or includes an expected return trip. Each arrangement is confirmed individually.
Pharmacy visits
Transportation for a rider who is traveling to a pharmacy.
Private-pay personal outings
Private-pay transportation for approved personal destinations when the trip is within our service and operating capacity.
Longer-distance Minnesota trips
Trips outside the six-county service area may be discussed by request and availability.
Mobility devices
Manual and power wheelchairs, walkers, rollators and folding scooters may be accommodated subject to the actual device, vehicle fit and securement. We do not provide stretcher transportation.
Payment
We accept eligible Minnesota Medical Assistance transportation and private-pay ride requests. Eligibility, authorization, availability and trip details are confirmed individually.

Do you provide stretcher transportation?
No. We do not provide stretcher transportation or emergency medical transport.
Can I request a same-day ride?
Same-day transportation may be available based on scheduling and vehicle availability. Advance reservations are encouraged.
Is my request automatically confirmed?
No. A request is confirmed only after we confirm the trip details and availability.
